Quality requirements defined by your project
Our in-house CWI supports welding inspection and process verification against project-specific requirements. Creaform portable CMM equipment and 3D scanning support dimensional verification. MIE Trak ERP supports production planning and manufacturing records, with material traceability and inspection documentation coordinated to the agreed scope. Required codes, procedures, and acceptance criteria should be identified before quotation.
Start with the drawing and weld requirements
Send fabrication drawings, material grades, weld details, quantities, required codes, inspection requirements, and finish specifications. Identify any required welding procedure qualifications, nondestructive testing, or customer documentation for review.
