A 10 × 7 × 9 m paint-and-cure booth with downdraft airflow and programmable bake cycles supports finishing for large fabricated assemblies. Painting to IEEE C57.12.28 requirements is coordinated with the specified coating system and project scope.

Based in Monclova, Coahuila, IONSA manufactures steel components and assemblies for industrial customers in Mexico and the United States.
We bring engineering coordination, fabrication, in-house tooling, and inspection together to support both project development and repeat production.
Our seven-acre Monclova site includes six production buildings. This northern Mexico location provides access to major cross-border transportation routes.
